keeps calling, I do not answer the phone, no message is left.

This number has been calling someone elses name at my cell phone, for ONE WHOLE YEAR. I have spoken to the caller and begged them to stop calling. Told them I was not the person they were trying to reach, they apologize and then try to sell me something. Frequency varies, up to 5-6 calls per day
for weeks and weeks in a row....

I have reported them several times and have signed up for the do not call registry etc. Has not helped.
