Got the call today 8/10/11 it was about a $7000 grant. But when i call back about with the confirmation number, they said I would need to make a one time donation of $129.00 to a charity to feed hungry children in foriegn countries. So, I told them I didn't have that kind of money, that I am on a fixed income, they said they would hold the funds until I could do that. Why should I have to give money to get money from the government that was for me?
