did not leave a voice mail and when called back recording says number no longer in service

KEEPS CALLING AND SAYING THAT THERE IS A COURT DATE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO COME IN WITH A SUBPOENA. SAID THAT IF NO RETURN CALL THEN THEY WILL BE HERE IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. THIS WAS WEDNESDAY 8/8 AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE!!! CALLED AGAIN 8/9, SAME STORY. HUNG UP ON THEM

Recived voice mail stating name was Max Robinson and for myself or my "representing atty" to call back ASAP. Time was of the utmost importance. Said that if I choose to ignore the call (could not understand what he mumbled after that) and God bless me. He has also called me at work a couple of times identifying himself as Max Gamble. He has an extremely thick Indian accent and can barely be understood. My co-worker is also getting these same type of calls from another number and they are actually threatening her with showing up at work!!!
