They called me and told me I received a payday loan and that I breeched a contract. They said I had two options One was to have them take legal actions against me in the amount of 2,645, or I could pay them 645. today. I never received a payday loan in my life. So I asked them to track how the money was collected, they stated that they did not have the ability to do that. They did not know how I collected the money (that I really never collected) they just knew I defaulted on paying them back. and now they want to take me to court. So I again made them aware that I did not receive the funds, and they said well someone collected it on my behalf and I am now going to be faced with a law suit. When I explained again that I did not receive the money they stated well it appears as if you do not want to fix this matter and time is of the essence we will be sending you court papers and hung up on me.
Last year around this time I received a call regarding the same type of issue and they stated that they were sending a police officer as we spoke to my job to have me arrested, needless to say that was not the case.
