unknown caller

Someone calls me, it's an unknown person, and since I don't answer, changed their number for a complaint about me not answering their calls. I'm not under obligation to answer unknown people's calls, especially when they change their number to a short sentence to force me to answer. I don't owe money to anybody, but even if I did, I also don't have to answer to debt collectors in my country. Thanks

Calls me non-stop. I am forced to keep MY cellphone on "Do Not Disturb" mode because people like this.

Calls me all the time for months. When asked to stop gets aggressive.

They changed their number this last time to display a message in Portuguese, saying "You never answer and I don't have money in my banking account."
