A guy named Greg Cyrus called for about 4 months straight, threatening me and verbally abusing me to pay my bill. I actually spoke with him twice and had to hang up because of the way he was speaking with me. I've never received a written notice from Intermountain Credit (his employer), though he claims he's sent one. Then the other day I got a call from a gal (I can't remember her name) who threatened to sue me if I didn't pay THAT DAY, so I got scared and gave her my credit card number over the phone. After telling my boyfriend about it, I immediately called the bank and cancelled my card to get a new one so they won't get anything from me. Now she is calling constantly. I plan on writing a written request for them to stop contacting me, which they legally have to honor.
