They are attempting to collect a debt that is currently being handled by a debt management agency that has authorization to communicate with them on my behalf. Rather than communicating with the debt management agency, they are still attempting to collect from me.

Calling in regards to my credit card account. I have received numerous calls of this nature from this number. They do not give any option to be put on their "Do Not Call" list.
Comcast calling to offer promotional offers on my existing service. I have previously asked them to put me on their "Do Not Call" list.
Pre-recorded message. Had to wait nearly 4 minutes to find out how to opt out of receiving future calls. I have received numerous calls of this variety before, yet I still receive calls from them.

RoboCall. Does not give the option to be removed from their call list. I have been receiving calls from this caller and number for several months now.
This caller has continuously called after I have requested to be placed on their Do Not Call list.
This number and caller have continued to call me even after I have requested to be put on their Do Not Call list. They have continually failed to cease calling. I asked months ago for them to stop calling.
IRS scam. Claiming that I am under investigation due to fraudulent activities in a recent audit. Voice was clearly computer-generated.

Attempted to return the call. Got a message saying that the number was no longer in service. Caller is using this number as an auto-forwarding phone number.

I have been getting these calls constantly. Different phone numbers every time, but the same recorded message.
Caller does not leave messages. Continues to call. When attempting to call them back, e call gets automatically routed to a voicemail box. This caller has called several times throughout the day. Person on the other end has a clear foreign accent (possibly Indian or Middle Eastern).
