These peolple have lost their mind. My daughter took a call for me while I was at work, and she said that the person who asked for me had a Hindu accent, she knew what the call was about stemming from previous calls I have received from these jerks. She advised them not to call anymore, and the guy to;d her to f@#! off. These people MUST APPREHENDED ASAP!!! They are doing everything they can, by any means necessary, to get your money if you're not careful. They claim that they have filed this"lawsuit" against your name for a payday loan, or are representing a payday loan company trying to collect payment on their behalf. I f you get a call from this number, or any number with a hindu accent, claiming to have an american name,i.e john smith, alan watson, ronnie cooper, and people listen to me, what hindu do you know who's last name is davis or jackson? IT'S A SCAM!!!

These people have nothing else better to do but try to scare people out of their money. Hindu/Middle Eastern accent. Claim to be representatives of a law firm advising you that there is a lawsuit against you for a payday loan that never existed. The severity of the threats seem realistic, but do not fall for them. Each time you get a call from these jerks, tell them that your phone is recording the conversation with FBI assistance, and they will hang up in a heartbeat. They need to be stopped!!!

Got yet another call from a different number than my previous post stating the same thing that there was a lawsuit against me, hindu accent. Everytime I get a call from these sick and deranged lunatics, I am gonna expose them. People don't let them rent space in your head. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! TELL THEM THAT THE CALL IS BEING RECORDED RIGHT NOW FROM FBI AND THEY WILL HANG UP IN A HEARTBEAT!!!

ABSOLUTELY THREATENING!!! From Feb 2. 2013 until present Feb 6. 2013, I have received nothing but calls from these people of Middle Eastern accents, stating that they were from the state attorney's office from California, and they were filing a lawsuit against my name and social security number. I applied for a couple of loan agencies, and both agencies have advised me that these were scammers. One of the callers even threatened to call my local sheriffs office and have them come"drag"me out of the place where I work, and put me behind bars.I have had enough with these people.They are ringing my phone right now as I type this.
