Honestly Carol, 99% of the time I just delete their voicemail without listening to it and keep blocking whatever number they're calling from. That's the best way to get away from it is just ignore it. Good Luck! I know how annoying this is!

Yeah I started getting these years ago, someone must have sold my information or something. At first it scared me too then I talked to my lawyers office and they reassured me it was a scam and that you can not go to jail for debt. Intentional fraud, yes but not what these guys are doing. Plus, it's illegal for them to be threatening like they do. One of these days I should record them and sue their butts!!

Them and several companies like them keep calling me and my friends and family to find me, which is scary because I don't know how they know their information. They said I took out a loan with comcast.com?? in 2013 and never paid it back. Which is NOT true. They have my maiden name that I haven't used in 6 years so that doesn't match up let alone that fact that I have NEVER taken a payday loan out with that company that I have never heard of. I ripped the barely speaking english rep a new one and told her to stop calling or I would report them to my lawyer, she kept talking over me so I yelled at her to shut up and listen to me so she understands me clearly. These people have hit my last nerve. Enough is enough already!!
