I did a reverse phone check on this person/number. It is registered to a Beatrice Franqie, age 52 in Brooklyn, NY. I am sure this man used someone else's name and SSN to get a phone that was not in his. So there isn't much I can do there. BUT, I do have an address that goes along with this number. One of the perks of where I work. What this not so kind man was unaware of is that I work for an lawyer. As soon as I told him that he says "Well, fuck you" and hung up. I will be filing a complaint against this number and do what I can to have this stop. I see a lot of people have stated that this person is calling their place of employment multiple times. So far this has not happened to me.

Problem is, I applied for a loan online like I *never* do. And this is what I get. Although he is telling me I need to pay a loan in the amount of $300. Funny thing, the loan amount I applied for was $1,000. So he needs to get his facts right if he wants to convice anyone.

"There isn't much you can do other than changing your phone number." Says my local police. So, I will be taking this into my own hands. I keep a very close eye on my credit report, all 3 of them. So I will be watching for any activity. You should all do the same.
