The caller ID says Collection Agency so I knew it was bogus and didn't answer. Out of curiosity I called back the number and a man with a difficult to understand accent tried to pitch me a home warranty.

Says doing a follow up call because missed me ezrlier (false) about a 0 tax plan.

Sounds like a medicare scam

No message left, never heard of the business showing on the caller ID.
