Robo caller: 3x first day, then 5x the next day. No messages left in VM. Call back is a fast busy signal.

I received what I believed to be a "local" call from (413) 376-8806, as (413) is Western MASSACHUSETTS. A woman named Yvette went on trying to get me to give her my insurance info for a free back or knee brace. Although I played along a bit at first, I told her I didn't have my insurance info readily available and asked to call her back. The number she gave me was (800) 285-1025.
I did a reverse search of both numbers. The (413) had no hits. Yet, to my surprise, the (800) number yielded the following:
"Alivio Corporation. This is a Provider with practice location is located at 901 W. Main Street, Lowell, MICHIGAN 49331 and telephone contact is (800) 285-1025. The Alivio Corporation is Suppliers with classification in Durable Medical Equipment & Medical Supplies."
This place is several states away from me!
