I don't know who this is. I never answer the phone for I don't recognize this number, but they call me more than one time per day. There was a time this number would call me in the past, and would never leave a message. Then I had stopped receiving calls from them, Now they are back to calling me. If they are anyone that is trying to contact me with something important, why don't they just leave a message?

I did return the call right after I received that call. However, all I got was a busy signal. I was told later that the IRS will not call you by phone, but will send notification by mail.
I just received a call from this number at 5:08p.m.. It was a electronic voice message stating that the IRS has a law suit against me.
