call came in as unknown, so I let it go to voice mail. when I listen to message the man claimed to be with the courts and needed me to call back as I was being severed papers. before I could finish leaving message he call me back less then 2 minutes from first call. By now I am a wreck, in tears I am so broke I can not rub two dimes together due to health issues. He claimed a bank I do not remember having was suing me. but he said if I could come up with $600.00 he would stop the filing and set up payments. As I just had to browser money from a family to pay the rest of my rent this month not more then an hour before this call, I had no way to send him this money. I told him so. he said call me back in an hour and let him know what I can do. I called back in 15 and told him the same thing, and to file the papers but I had no way of making to court as I do not live in the state the case is filed in. anyway long story short I hung up and went to bed crying my eyes out. when I woke up and was calmer things he said to me did not make any sense. like the bank has 4 years to file I have had the same bank for over 6 years. The name he gave on the message no one has been able to figure out all we get is courthouse, he claimed to be with but he runs the name of it so fast you can not figure it out. My thought is this, he did not ask for current address yet claimed they would be serving me in the morning, when I ask if he had the address he started to read the address I had over 6 years ago. I said that not where I am and gave him my new one but he did not seem like he was writing it down, and when I did not give the state or the zip (which I did not think about at the time) he never asked for them. Why would a man ask if I could pay a payment of $600 if all he was working for the courts. He used all kind of fear tacked on me which in my state of mind yesterday before he even called he would have gotten $600 from me plus an auto payment plan. Thank God for naps... I am now very angry and want to stop this from happening to anyone else. I almost ended up back in the hospital because of this man. His name he gave me was Roy/Ray Jackson. I have keep his voice mail to me so I have some proof of his treatment. He claimed to be calling from CA but have not been able to find the number in that state. This is the second time within a year someone has tried to get money from me. the first was someone filed a tax form on me for 2013 and the IRS flag it as I have not filed in 20 years due to my disabilities. I am not sure what is going on but maybe we need to stop fighting terrorist over seas and fight the terrorist in our own country... because until this happens to you, you don't know how much fear these people can do to a person. Yesterday for the first time that I can remember I thought why bother just end it. I am angry at myself for allowing this man to make me have had that feeling even if it was just for a moment.

this number called me it blocked it's number so I let it go to voice mail. then went to listen to it before I could get through they called back I hung up on voice mail becasue it said they need me to call them back as I was being sued by a bank for 1,800 a bank I do not remember ever having. He gave me the name of Roy Jackson. Said he was from some court house and that he would hold off on falling the paper work for 1 hour to see if I could come up with at least 600.00 and he could then set up a payment plan. I was and still am all shook up I had a bank account in the state of WA, but I thought it was closed over 6 years ago. I am disabled and don't know what to do. but wait for papers to be served as he said if this is real.
