(407-242-7687 is a debt collection agency that holds license to do what their hired to do. The primary agency that hires this and other extortion organizations is out of Delaware. Other numbers affiliated with this company (such as it is), are (678)-816-1650 and (707) 557-7353.

The primary goal is to use recorded threats; usually starting with a computer-generated voice that says your full name, followed by the voice of a Hispanic female who sounds official, as if calling from an official place of business. She then says that you have (2) outstanding summons waiting for you regarding fraudulent activity attached to your name and SSN# and that you will need to call their office, and et cetera. They give a number that is not arranged to receive calls, merely to get your number and calling time, locale and so forth. This is kept on record. The calls will continue for a few months, and then stop for a while, only to reassume later.

Their primary objective is to first strike fear, and then to annoy. They have no other powers. Though they have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission on numerous occasions, nothings has yet occurred. In short, the FTC is only obligated to help those of a larger persona; the wealthy; powerful or those they’re in bed with…So to speak. These criminals, yes, criminals, will pay no fines and serve no time until they attack a senator, governor, lawyer or similar politician.

Until then, you might as well get a new phone number under a different name, because these thugs are not going away.
