Definitely IRS SCAM!!! Spoke to a heavy accent man. Had him do all the talking. At the end of the call told me the payment I needed to pay was $8,689.25. I said in a calm voice "Oh really, I need to pay this over the phone or go to jail?". He hung up!!!! Who takes on this type of job???
