The past wk I have been rec. calls from this so called Co., they are claiming I owe $450 for a pay day loan prior to 1/2013, they cannot give an original date. They claim to be handling this for a Co. named Lender Highlands Holdings. They also called my son's phone and a friend that lives an hour away from me, when I asked how they get those 2 other phone numbers they claim that it was from their Investigation Dept Team. When I first spoke with someone she said her name was Lacy, she had the last 4 digits of my SS#. she proceeded to tell me that I needed to obtain a lawyer and that paperwork was sent out in 2014, and said the address, which was my previous address. I told her I wanted this in writing and they could email me, she said that was not allowed. I called back 20 min. later to ask who they represented and spoke with a Samantha who became irate and rude and began yelling at me, she then said they were a Arbitration Firm, when I said I just contacted the local PD, she hung up.
