These annoying people are persistent they call you to tell you that you used their service in the pass and you owe them money. They threaten you with police arrest if you don't pay or filing a suit. They are of India decent and they are scam artists. I am verbal and shame them with the fact they are taking hard earned money from people while sitting on the phone. That they are nothing but thieves and the call ends and is abated for a short period of time.
