Message received that a claim has been filed with there offer and I must call today or it will be sent to the court. They have called at least 10 times over the past month. Apparently they are bogus it would file the paperwork with the court.

fake, fraud, waste of time. Some foreigner indicating a law suit has been filed against me. My caller id reads 911 so I asked the guy for a phone number where I could call him back. He provided this number and of course did not answer. It rang over and over, then went to a mobile voice mail.
