I agree that this is nothing but a scam because anytime the U.S. Government contacts someone they do so by letter in the mail or registered mail. I wish they would put a stop to these people that are doing this because it does sound intimidating. If I was not very wise I would probably have answered the call and thought I was in big trouble. I am sure older people fall for this kind of c**p. Caller said his name was David Gray. He left a message. Didn't ask for any person, just said that he was David Gray from the U.S Treasury and that this was their second attempt to contact us. But as I said, didn't say anyone's name and the call shows on the Caller ID as Unknown Number. I sure hope that their isn't anyone that would fall for this.
