Foreign speaking lady saying he's from US treasury. Sounds like she's from India. Sounds like the IRS scam. Said that an arrest warrant was issued for my arrest for my 2011 income taxes being filed wrong. Said owned $5,000 when my check that year was only $3800. Also, stated that they need $2900 from me for them to stop the arrest warrant and the investigation process. Called my local sheriff's office and they said it was a scam.
