Some guy was just breathing on the other line.

Doesn't leave message, calls repeatedly, you can hear the clicking of their machine.

Not sure what it is, they hang up. Leave no message.

The recording claims to be from my credit card company.

Caller claims to be calling on behalf of SCE. Caller ID is spoofed. Edison doesn't call from their 800 number so number can be blocked.

Asked if I'm the home owner.

Unsolicited sales call.

Have no relationship with them, on the do not call list, yet they call.

Claims to be from my 'credit card company' and they want to discuss my account.

Wants to sell solar.

Tried to get me to answer random questions, very weird call. Hung up. Sounds domestic, no accent in speech.
