This is the second time in 8 days that I've gotten this robocall from this particular phone number. Last time, it was "Rachel at Card Holder Services." I reached a human agent and demanded that they never call me again and informed her they are in violated of federal law and that I could sue them for $1500 per infraction. This time, it was "Ann with Account Services." I waited on hold for 5 minutes while classical music played in the background. Then, the music stopped, replaced by silence and occasional pops or static. I told them, again, never to call this number.
