Called twice today did not leave a message! ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from this number this morning. Whoever this is did not leave message.

I have been getting a lot of calls (Automated) from this number looking for someone else. I am registered to the Do not call list and I still get a lot of calls? Does it really work?? Please help!!!

I got a call from this number again and told her to stop calling me, after I hang up the phone, she called me again within a minute or two!! Can somebody do something about this?She is very very rude and don't want to acceptthe respond I gave her not to call my number again.

Called while I was on my home driving when I look on my phone I did not recognize the number so I let it go. Can somebody do something with all these annoying calls? It might cause an accident if they kept on calling while you are on the road.
