Citicard trying to collect on a bad debt. They have a wrong number. It's an automated dialer and if you don't answer, they never give up.

This collection agency is calling for a Lou Ramos. I do not a Lou Ramos, but they seem to think if they keep calling he will show up. They say they will remove my number, but that is not happening. The calls are placed by an auto dialer and they come at all hours and weekends.
