San Clemente's profile and activity

On August 26, 2015 I received a call from this number advising me that the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me. This is a SCAM! It is the same routine reported by an earlier member today. Being a lawyer with lots of IRS experience, I can definitely advise anybody who gets a call like this that it is a scam to mine personal data, like social security numbers, telephone numbers, names, addresses, and other data to exploit, doubless for identity theft purposes. Don't call this number back. Block it.

Started calling repeatedly on 7-24 at 8:15 and continued non-stop. I answered the first call and it was a pitch for a free cruise. I hung up, and since then the phone has been ringing with that number non-stop from 8:15 until the present.
