Received call from this number, was a recorded message from "cardholder services" informing me it was my final notice to lower my interest rate. I was given the option to press 1 to take advantage of my opportunity or press 9 to be removed from the list. I pressed 9 and the call disconnected.

Received call from this number and pressed a random number and connected to a young woman. She said she needed to confirm that I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. I said she needed to remove my number from her call list as I have asked several times before and I am also on the do not call registry. She became verbally abusive and began attacking my character. I disconnected the call. She never identified herself nor the "company" she was representing.
