These people called me and stated that I needed to have my attorney call them. They said that I owed a PayDay Loan and that I was going to have charges brought against me for frauding. I don't have a PayDay Loan and I knew it was a scam because they would not provide me a physical address. They said they had a office in New Jersey and California. I was being sued in California. (WOW). I don't even live in that state. They ask me to stop the legal proceedings to fax a picture of my drivers licsences and my debit card with secruity code and everything would go away. I was suppose to owe a 300.00 loan but with attorney fees and collections it was a wooping 650.00 to close the deal. People please be careful.
