Glad that it worked out for you.
It took me some two hours of dealing with the Indian Call Center - with call backs to it since the agents hung up on me when I told them I was not the person they were seeking. Finally getting to that supervisor in New Delhi and eventually through a browser search to find MCCS in Mason, Ohio. Then I realized that this was the same incompetent outfit that had been calling me about a non-existent Bloomingdale's account as well.

I guess Macy's and Bloomingdale's use the Ford F150 gas tank statistical rationale that they make more on the credit accounts they open than on the scams where they lose.

CALL HERE TO COMPLAIN!

I have received numerous calls over the past months all calling to dun my wife on large outstanding amounts on either her Macy's or Bloomingdale's cards. Yet, the address of record for the cards MCCS is calling about is in Rhode Island and our telephone number clearly is not. We have wasted nearly hours with Indian and Filipino call center employees attempting to explain that we are not who they want. Every time they have claimed they will remove our number from their data base but we keep getting calls.
