I received a call from a man named Jose Garcia. He stated that I owed money to a CashAdvanceUSA. He has my social security number and stated that I am being chaged on 3 different accounts Money Laundering, Check fraud and banking fraud. He stated that I will be taken to court if I do not settle this matter. He staed that I would have to pay $580 for the total plus any other legal fees. He also stated that I obtained the loan in October of 2012, I did not make no such loan and did not inquire about this loan on that month. This is a scam and will try to tell you that you can settle the amount for $422. I called him back and asked him again what company this is for and when did this occur. I told him that I did not take a loan and he asked again what would you like to do. This is a scam, I repeat a scam.
