I got a call from this number two nights in a row. The guy said his name was Jay Caz. When I tried to call the number back I could not get an answer. He said that if he did not hear from me good luck to me. He had a heavy foreign accent which sounded like an accent from overseas either India or Asia. This needs to be stopped because he has nothing better to do. he should be put behind bars for threatening me and many other people.
