I believe this number is legitimate for two reasons:

1) I received a call from this number a day after I received an email from BoA regarding a potentially fraudulent charge. And this email was received after I made an on-line purchase. So the timing and the caution seemed right.

and

2) This number actually IS on the back of my BoA Debit Card!
