The incoming call is handled by a different company than the original, offending outgoing call. Regarding that, the outgoing calls from 207-571-8868 are coming from a Brazilian telefraud corp., with registered US offices in Miami. There's only three courses of action. File a complaint, using this information, send a cease and desist notice to the registered address and agent (noted below), and/or use the officer contact information to personally call/email these assholes each time they decide they're above the law and that they're entitled to make money defrauding people. I can find no SSNs for any of these people, so one might enquire about their work status.
