Ummm yea it was a red dot. He starts off saying he's with the US claims dept. Ok? For one I didn't know the gov't had a claims dept. But anyways, I cudnt understand him at all. Then he tells me tht I'm eligible for a $9000 grant, uhhhh yea rite when has the gov't ever called ppl to give money away. Soon as he said the $9k I hung up, for one I can't stand tryin to talk to a red dot, their accent jus erks me. Secondly they tried this with my grandpa jus a few wks ago.
