T.H.Y.'s profile and activity

I received a voice message from a Black female saying that she was calling for Tonya Haines or Haynes from Eastside Lenders concerning my Sept. 30th due date. My name is not Tonya Haines/Haynes. I do not have a loan with this company and have never heard of them until I listened to my voicemail today, 9/24/11. I called the above # and a Black male's voice was on the recording saying to call back during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. I did not apply for a loan with them and no money was deposited into my account.

I checked the toll free numbers to trace it and there was info on the compamy. The State of California issued a Cease and Desist order to them. They are not licensed to do business there. I am going to make my bank aware that they may attempt to debit my account. I do not know if they have any bank information, but they have my home #.
