I gets calls from the local 720 number as well as the 614 number - multiple times a day starting at 8:00am EVERY SINGLE DAY. I keep blocking the numbers so they will call from the next block of numbers they have. I have an Account with Comenity Bank which I have had for 5 years - NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, NEVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT - I am recently unemployed and missed my first payment ever and they are hounding me. I have explained the situation and told them that as soon as I start getting income again, I will get the payments caught up. THEY STILL CALL ME MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, EVERY DAY! I ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING ME, BUT TO NO AVAIL. I have 14 credit card accounts and all of them have perfect payment histories - this is the only one that I have let lapse. I just keep blocking them. I understand I owe a debt and I fully intend to get this caught up and paid, but calling me every day is not going to change the situation.
