They constantly call my wife's phone threatening to arrest me. They call my wife's phone because I have blocked them on mine. My attorney says that this is an illegal practice but the ownership of these numbers, or the billing address always goes back to a fictitious name and location! Thus making it almost impossible to track or prosecute! And they said I committed fraud, Hmmm.
