Time to fight back's profile and activity

I recevied a call the company claimed to be a legal firm of Neiman, Luman and Associates witht he #888-447-0178 which showed on caller id as 716-447-0248
Marshal was rude and obtrusive, demanding and disrespectful. Before I saw these other complaints I was willing to negotiate a pay off of the debt. i am a single income household but pay my debts best i can. he told me my efforts were worthless and that i am not willing to cooperate. Next he went on to explain that he wants to talk to my boss and tell them how terrible i am for not paying my bills and that he can get a garnishment before a court hearing. HA! He went on to tell me i was disrespecting him and insulting him, yelling at me and so on. The debt i have is for under $500 but he wanted me to pay over $1550 and would "settle" for $1200. We wonder why our economy is in the hole? Companies like this that suck the life out of consumers shoudl be shut down. I am filing a complaint with my AG office.
