Waste of time telephone call. Collection Agencies and Bill Collectors only make money when talking and convincing debtors to pay. If they call and say nothing what's the point? My best guess, if Management was monitoring and witnessed this practice, that Bill Collector would be looking for a new job. These are the Small Time collectors just looking for a monthly pay check... could care less about collecting 3 and 4 times their quota and getting paid more than a draw... Real collectors will make every phone contact spill out money in one form or another... So, let them waste theirs and their companies time and money... Soon the collection agency will be on hard times and bill collectors will be calling them - but really good ones - then they will understand how dialing for dollars really works...
