When will these annoying calls stop?

What can we do to make these sleazy people stop calling us? They have been harassing us for over 7 years. We do not know anyone named Michael Aschenbrenner.

These people are a nuisance. They call from Malibu, Calif...at all times day and night. What can we do to make them stop calling us? We have never done business with any of their clients...but they demand we pay them money.
