The call was a recording saying This was my last chance and my address was under investigation. For more info I was to call the number.

Says I will be arrested by the "local cops" if I don't contact them immediately.

This guy says I inquired about Social Security/Disability and he needs more info.

Says they have a refund of 350.00. And they give it to me if I get online with them. Refused to send any written info by mail. Called several times a day. # ending in 93, 94, 92.

unknown caller name, when I called back I was automatically hung up on. the original call identified themselves as card services and offered to lower my interest rate to 6.9% if I pressed 1. this was all done by automation, never was a real person.
