This is a SCAM!! BEWARE!! The caller, "Charles Swanson", has a Eastern Indian or Middle Eastern accent. He indicated he was from Comcast Customer Care. Indicated my computer was infected and sending out annoying emails. Threatened to delete and/or close my Comcast email account. He wanted remote access to my laptop, bank accounts and passwords. SORRY, NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!! Just HANG UP on this guy!!
