I have got call from the number. It was detected on my mobile phone. Young women was represented from Moscow television. She asked us: "Have you anybody who looks TV?". After my answer "Nobody" she said "Thanks" and call was ended from her side.
I afraid that it was both or spam call or swindlers.
Kindly check the number. I think that many people gets such calls.
