It's a robot call from Special Agent Nikki Johnson of IRS. Demands you have your lawyer contact them immediately about tax fine/collection. Call number back you get gentleman with accent who eventually wants a credit card number so they can collect at least part of fine/fee due. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING! THEY ARE NO MORE IRS THAN I AM.
