The voicemail supposedly from AT&T said that I was a valued client and that they had a great new Deal to offer... etc, etc, yada yada yada. They aren't AT&T and I'm not an AT&T anything. With those two lies in the first sentence, it is definitely a scam!!!

Again... this is a total scam as I neither have AT&T nor Direct TV.
I don't have AT&T or Direct TV, so there's no way I could be a good customer for them. He also said to call back to the number shown on my Caller ID which is a red flag that screams this is a scam call.

Caller said on voicemail that he was calling from AT&T to make sure that I got the huge upgrade discount. First of all, I don't have AT&T. Second, he said to me, "call us back at the number shown on your phone log." It was NOT any of AT&T's phone numbers AND no reputable company would direct you to a private phone number... they would have directed you to call a toll free number. Third, I have gotten this very exact message from several different numbers. Based on those reasons is why I identified it as scam.

A man with an Eastern Asian accent offered me a deal based on my being a good AT&T customer. I haven't been a customer of AT&T since the divestiture of phone companies. Secondly, AT&T would never call you out offering a discount. None of the companies that I know about would call like that.
Prerecorded voice saying thank you for always making payments on time and some such nonsense about lowering the interest rate of supposedly my Visa credit card. I don't own a Visa credit card. Spam, definitely. Scam, probably. Now blocked.
The caller ID said Children's Mercy, but they were definitely not Children's Mercy. The caller was an automated voice congratulating me on making my credit payments on time. (Note: I'm not making payments to anybody much less a credit company for anything.) Then continued on trying to sell me on their credit card... They probably would have taken further down their nefarious road, but I hung up. If they were legit, they wouldn't be spoofing someone else's caller ID. I'm blocking and red-flagging them as a scam.
They keep calling but don't leave voicemail messages. According to other reporting sites online, this number is related to an unscrupulous debt collector company.
Supposedly, according to Google, the number belongs to a Financial Company in Chicago promoting metals shares, but the voicemail left was a female speaking an oriental language that I didn't recognize. It sounded like she said my first name a couple of times within that voicemail, but since I don't understand whatever language it was I can't be certain. Needless to say, this is a call that I definitely would never want.
Left voicemail saying her name was Tanya Perkins and that she was calling about helping me get rid of my student loan. I don't have a student loan pending as I paid my loan off within 6 years and that was in the 1970's. Definitely a scam.
Unknown. Didn't leave a voicemail, but is a repeat caller.
Voicemail didn't get everything... in fact I am only guessing that it is a collection scam. Voicemail did get that if I didn't respond immediately that they were going to proceed with legal means. Yeah right. SMH
All they want is more money. I'm already giving as much as I can to different charities and organizations. I have no more money to give.
Does not stop sending messages when you type in STOP. Instead, they just send the same message via another telephone number.

When they call and you can't answer it in time, they leave no voicemail or text message. When you try to return the call, an automated answer says, "This number does not accept phone calls." When you do answer they try to get you to buy a different insurance using different insurance companies' names. Put those together, it spells SCAM.)
Trying to illegally collect on a debt not owed. They call several times a day.
