2 phone numbers 757-337-3306 & 919-323-3885 both stating that they are from William Scott & Assoc , stating that I have committed check fraud and that they have a warrant for my arrest in the County of which I live, also stating that they are going to alert DMV and Social Security. I have never been in the cities that they state that I have conducted business or passed bad checks.
THIS IS SCAM I WANT IT TO STOP, THEY CALLED MY 90 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER AND SPOKE TO MY MOTHER AND DIVULGED THE REASONING FOR THEIR CALL. THEY TRIED TO EXTORT MONEY FROM MY MOTHER AND THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE "FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT"!!!.
WE WILL BE COMPOSING A LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF VIRGINIA TO REPORT THIS.
