Kristen from North Star Services. She said they were associated with Chase bank, however a Google search has them as anything from financial services to a dryer vent cleaning service. They were looking for my mother and had me listed as a secondary contact. I'm thinking they were in collections. Since I don't speak with my mother, I don't know if this is a scam or not.
