I put the number in my block list but I still got another one. It was a text but it should still be blocked, right?

I didn't answer it because it said Malaysia. Also, the number looked suspicious. It showed up just like I put it in above. There was a space in 60 4, which is an NDP number in BC without the space. Of course it wasn't blocked because of the space. I tried to enter it with the space so it would be blocked, but it didn't work. Not sure how they pulled that trick off.

Would like to know why this call got through even though I have the number in the block list!
