This number calls my phone when I'm still in school (phone vibrating in pocket continunusly). It doesn't seem to be a relative or a number of anyone I know of. My old phone (Samsung Omnia Lite) allowed me to block this caller without any app and I felt at ease, until I switched to my current phone running on Android.
