Sounded like a recorded message in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, so I don't know what it was saying.

Called and pretended to know how much money was on my credit card (they were wrong). It was obvious that it was a scam.

Pressed one to talk to a rep. This was the convo:
Me: "I just got a message to lower my rate"
Them: "OK. What is your current rate?"
Me: "I don't know.
Them: "Do you pay your credit card off monthly?"
Me: "Yes."
Them: *click* -- they hung up.

"hey , I like ur FB page ! plz friend my SKYPE- jenniferFlirtyGirl2 so we can talk.... caio Jenny"

No idea who this is, but it looks pretty spammy.
